You may use the site to read about GenFixs and to send an enquiry through the contact form. You must not misuse it. In particular, you must not attempt to disrupt the site, probe or break access controls, or send unlawful, harmful or misleading material through the form.

If you are invited to use the dashboard, keep your sign-in details confidential and do not share access.

The site, including its text, layout and GenFixs branding, is owned by GENFIXS LIMITED or its licensors. You may not copy the logo, brand assets or site content for a commercial purpose without written permission. You may share links to public pages.

Information you submit through the contact form should be accurate. Do not send information you are not willing to have delivered by email. How that information is handled is described in the Privacy policy.

A reply to an enquiry does not create a contract until both parties agree one in writing.

The site gives general information about testing-as-a-service. It is not legal, security or compliance advice, and it is not a promise of particular test coverage, release outcomes or availability.

The site is provided as is and as available. We give no warranties, whether express or implied, including any implied warranty of satisfactory quality, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement, except any warranty that cannot be excluded under the laws of England and Wales. We may change, suspend or remove pages without notice.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these website terms, except that we may seek an injunction in any jurisdiction to protect our intellectual property.
